Plugin slows down the WP installation

It seems that there is some incompatibility with WP 4.2 and above. I have problems in all the current WP installations.
When this plugin is enabled, the overall website performance are incredible slow.
I did this analysis by “exclusion” by disabling all the plugins and measuring the performance by activiating them one-by-one.
