[Plugin: Smart 404] Doesn't work with custom post types?

    My only experience of Smart 404 has been trying to implement it on my site using GraphPaperPress’s theme Sidewinder. This theme uses custom post types: Galleries, Collections and Gallery Tags. As such Smart 404 doesn’t seem to be able to find anything because it only searches in the basic WordPress post types of which I only have two, a couple of Pages.

    Is this something that can be achieved with the current version? If not, will custom post types be supported in the future?
