[Plugin: Smart Ads] Smart ads don't appear on my pages

My smart ads only appear on Posts, but not on pages.
I am using WP Version 3.0.1
I have “Show Custom ads on Homepage?” ticked, but it doesn’t appear on the homepage either.
Is there another setting I am missing ?
