[Plugin: Smart Archives Reloaded] Theme conflict?

Trying to copy the custom styling code into my theme’s (Black Bible) functions.php in order to customize CSS, but keep running into “Warning – cannot modify header information.”

I’m completely new at WP, so tackling advanced features is probably not the brightest move on my part, but I’m curious if you have any ideas.
