[Plugin: Smart Slug] Automatically? FAIL !

Doesnt work, at least when you mention Automatically, my understanding is that upon the post being published, it should work and remove the non-wanted words prior to the post being published, in my case, front end users post to the site and its gets published automatically, now THAT is automatically, unlike what your plugin.
Otherwise, whats the real point of your plugin??
