[Plugin: Smooth Slider] smooth slider – are captions supported?

  • I’ve just installed the plugin and configured it, with pretty good results, except that images with captions don’t seem to be well supported. If I indicate the source is the content, instead of the excerpt, the caption text appears as plain text, ie

    I can work around the problem by using the excerpt or slider content custom field, but this is extra work on each post.

    Is there an automated way to handle captions in this plugin?
