[Plugin: Smooth Slider] the slide nav is under images, not right 'responsive'

Yes, I’ve tried deactivating, deleting and re-installing the plugin.

Yes, I’m using a code inspector (Chrome code inspector / FireBug).

1. The numbered buttons/nav for the slide show are under the images.

2. The slide show images, in full screen, are about 1px offset to the left. I’ve tried the select box for ‘left’ and ‘centered’ with no difference.

3. When the browser gets scaled down it doesn’t behave very well (the image doesn’t begin to resize until the browser gets very narrow) and I end up with this odd div height (but at least I can see the buttons).
