[Plugin: Sociable for WordPress 3.0] Support available?

Is there any support available for this plug in? I’d like to upgrade but can’t email anybody and it seems I see only unhappy responses about this plug in. I’ll upgrade if I know there is support for it. I don’t mind paying for hard work. But it seems support is MIA, especially since I see the last post in this forum was 3 weeks ago with no response.
Hope I get a response.
