[Plugin: Sociable] Links to multi-page pages may be incorrect

If you have a wordpress page with multiple sub-pages (use <!–nextpage–> in page content to separate pages) Sociable will link to the specific sub-page instead of the general page. I think linking to the general page instead of the specific sub-page would be the right thing to do.
