[Plugin: Sociable] Shortcode – Home Page – Link to recent post

I’m using the shortcode on the Home Page, but when I click on the share buttons, its “linking” to the most recent post. I don’t want that to happen.
I just want the share buttons to link to the home page (or whatever page they are on). How do i change this?
