    The problem with not prepending the URL is that it would be possible for users to link to undesirable sites.

    I hadn’t realized there was anything wrong with the LinkedIn URL. Can you give me an example or a link showing the problem? I’d be happy to resolve the underlying problem.

    Updated prepend data for LinkedIn URL to https://www.linkedin.com/

    This should fix the problem while maintaining security over user input.
