    i want to know before i use this plugin will my users email be saved in my database, as well as there avatar display on site to let them know there logged in, one of the draw backs i have with some of these plugins is that it logs you in with your social network account but don’t show you your avatar if your logged in, am not using buddypress nor planning on to, all i want to do is have users login with facebook, twitter, save there useranme and email adress for marketing newsletter and show them that there logged in with there avatar from there social networks thats it

    ahuggup86 – yes, emails will be saved to your wordpress database using LoginRadius. Currently avatar is displaying for Facebook, but we are enabling it for all providers very soon.

    Once you get email address and user profile information to your WordPress database, you can use it for your internal purpose. Visit this link, for more information on user profile data: https://www.loginradius.com/developers/UserProfileData

    You can contact our 24/7 support at [email protected] for additional information.

    Thanks,

    We have checked the details about your LoginRadius App and found out that this issue is because of your App name. App name can’t have ‘https://’, So please change the name of your App from ‘https://sandboxdriven’ to ‘sandboxdriven’, That would resolve your issue and you would be able to create Facebook App.

    Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    yes i want to show the login icons on an particular place on my website mainly in the top area of my site top right on header bar, and also once users are logged into the site with there social network account it has to show there avatar there so they know there logged in, i did an test on my sandbox site, and i was able to log in with my facebook account however didnt show my avatar on home page, right now i have it on side bar because you have an sidebar widget but thats not where it will be on the live site, i want only social icons to display in header, once logged in shows there avatar there with the welcome tag next to there name thats it.

    You can copy and paste the following function, where you want to show the Social Login interface:
    <?php Login_Radius_Connect_button(); ?>

    currently we don’t show the avatar in the widget area, its available for Commenting and with Facebook provider. In our next release, we are adding avatar to widget and commenting area for all the socail ID providers.

    Let us know if you have any other questions.

    showing the avatar after the user has logged in is a feature that we’ll introduce with our next release. It would come out really soon.

    oh oka, ill wait for that release, because i had this issue with another plugin and no response back from them regarding that so am greatful you responded, if you understand where am coming from that it don’t make no sense you give someone login options for there accounts then get redirected back to the site only to not even know that there logged in, its an perception thing
