How to center buttons on widget? Also have avatar size problem

1.) How do i center the login buttons on the widget?

2.)The avatars that it fetches for sites like facebook and twitter are to small what can i do to make them the correct size? here is how it looks:

it fetches the avatar and leaves it at 50 x 50 px when it has to be 150 x 150 px
