    I have installed this plugin on my website, and it is not working.

    I have connected it to the twitter api, and fb api (i used the same applications for some other plugins and they worked) – but now, they won’t log me in. I just get redirected to the same page without being logged in with my social profile.

    I have entered the correct website urls as well as callback urls.
    What might be the problem?

    Could cURL be the problem? I don;t know if it’s enabled on my hosting?

    We have investigated the issue and it seems like this could be happening because of extra space character at the start or end of your LoginRadius Secret key might be causing this.

    Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:
    1. Login to your admin panel.
    2. Navigate to LoginRadius under Settings tab in left sidebar.
    3. In LoginRadius API Settings remove the extra space at the start or end of API secret in the textbox.
    4. Save Changes.
