[Plugin: Social PopUP] Cookies need to set regardless of interaction?

Cookies only set if user interacts with any of the buttons.
HUGE issue here.. is return visitors who have already used the buttons.
They will see it every page and no way to stop it.
Can you please fix this so there is at least an option to have the cookie set regardless of social interaction?
