[Plugin: Social Sharing Toolkit] How add social icons before the post

How can I get social icons to show below the actual post instead of after the post’s content? You can see what I’m referring to here. Can you please add bit.ly as a separate content option in plugin settings so a shorten bit.ly url shows along side the other selected social icon buttons? The plugin works great on WordPress Multisite 3.3.2
