[Plugin: SoundCloud Is Gold] Show description with embed?

  • First I must say this is a fantastic plugin, easily the best WP/SoundCloud integration I’ve found so thank you very much.

    I just have a question/feature request: can I display the (track/set) description along with the player? At the moment I’m guessing the answer is ‘not without hacking the plugin’?

    I think this would be a great addition, and I imagine half the work is already done – the description is pulled from SoundCloud hence why it appears in the Insert box.

    Thank you very much for the kind words and your feedback. You’re right that would a nice feature and wouldn’t be to difficult to implement. I will had this feature to my to-do list. That feature probably will be part of the advance settings (show/hide description).
