Yes I am using markmoore01 and it still does not load for me. Only for a brief second. Well I guess the good news is it loaded for you and it loaded for a couple of other people.

Great idea, but not displaying for me on my webpage. However, it does display my latest track in the preview. Must be a conflict somewhere… ugh.

Oh sorry bud… I guess I wasn’t really asking for support…. I sort of moved on quickly, once it didn’t work for me because, what I am really looking for is a way to get soundcloud to work on portable apple devices, otherwise I would have actually giving you all the proper information right from the start.

But since you were so quick to respond and I do think your plugin is quite awesome, I’d be happy to give you the info just in case it can help you develop the plugin further…..

Oh wait, I think I know what it was! I did not disable the standard SoundCloud Shortcode plugin I have installed. Once I disabled it, the soundcloud player embedded by S.I.G. seemed to work fine.

So, my “not displaying” problem is solved due to conflict with “SoundCloud Shortcode”.

Hi, this is still not displaying for us and others. Everything is configured correctly AFAIK – but page displays nothing except for track not found.

I can’t really help as I don’t know much about your wp configuration. What I uselly recommend is:

1. Disable all plugins
2. Enable ‘soundcloud is gold’ and check if it works (add a track to a post to be sure)
3. If it worked: enable the other plugins one by one and check if it breaks
4. If it didn’t worked: enable the default Worpress theme and check if it works

This way I will be able to know if it’s a conflic with another plugin or with your theme. If nothing works than I don’t know, could be hundred of reason and without direct access to your wordpress install I can’t do much.

Ps: maybe you’ve got other soundcloud plugin installed, that would defenetly break it.

Thanks for the reply realtm – the guilty culprit is Jetpack – I cannot believe I have seen more problems and issues with that plugin than ever. I have now disabled it and SIG works well.

I’m having the same problem when JetPack is enabled. Is there no way to use both?…I need some of the functionality of JetPack.

humm I don’t know, I’ve never used jetpack before. I don’t really know what is the issue with jetpack. I might look at it, but it could a problem on their side. vwz1 said he had many problems with jetpack.

Any update on the jetpack conflict?

Not really, I looked into installing it but I need to register with wordpress.com and I don’t think it will work with a local site. Jetpack was already throwing warnings when debug is turned on.
