[Plugin: SP Client Document & Project Manager] View only access to documents

Love the way your plugin works but just wondered if it’s possible to somehow grant ‘view only’ access to files that have been uploaded?

I want one or two users to be able to add and delete documents but the majority to be able to just view what the other ‘full access’ users have added – is that possible?
