[Plugin: SP Courseware] Adding schedule items fails

  • When running Courseware on a 3.0.1 Multisite installation, the plugin works fine if it’s run in the root site. But in a child site, when I add a schedule item, I get the following error:

    Failure: Try again? SELECT scheduleID FROM wp_wgj22d_3_schedule WHERE schedule_title = ‘Day 1 topic’ and schedule_date = ‘2010-09-08’ and schedule_description = ”

    We’ve been working on a new version of Courseware to make it more compatible with WP 3.0, but we still have a few bugs to fix. If you’re interested, you can check it out at https://svn.wp-plugins.org/scholarpress-courseware/trunk. It’s still a work in progress, with some additional features in the works and making sure features in the current release that work with WP 2.9 still work, but I don’t get the error you report when running it.

    I get the same issue running in a single site under 3.0.1. The WP directory is in the site root.

    I’d have preferred to have the courseware functionality within the forum but have already configured Simple Press and got this working exactly as required. Presumably this module does not work outside BB?
