[Plugin: SPD Shortcode Slider] Historic jQuery used?

  • I have not tried this plugin much but seems like it could be a wolf in sheep clothing, options are always nice ??

    But I think you should consider dropping manipulating jQuery and definitely not load version 1.3.2 – that is from February 2009 and there will be compatibility issues with scripts expecting much newer version.

    Eksample is the Portfolio slideshow Pro you recommend your self ?? Also runs on jQuery Cycle. One of the latest version did this:

    Removed option for jQuery 1.4.4

    and that does not mean 1.3.2 is superb ??

    Dont ask me but I would think you can just enqueue cycle script with the dependency of “jquery”. WP take care of rest.
