    Dear Developer,
    I congratulate you on such an outstanding plugin and the best in its class.
    Well, the idea that I hope will be possible to implement and that it takes time to occur and therefore resources as possible I hope to make a donation.

    My proposed system is the implementation of adding custom fields, depending on the type of data to be obtained from the Board Index, as would be the example.

    Data type: — tex-line
    tex-area
    checkbox
    radio
    dropdowm
    date
    int
    link
    image

    It would also be interesting group fields grouped by categories: I have a good reference that would be a wordpress plugin, if you are interested here is the link: Participants Database

    I’m not planning to add the ability to include arbitrary sets of fields to the petition form. The plugin is only designed to collect some basic signature data. What sorts of information were you hoping to collect with all of these fileds?
