[Plugin: SpeakUp! Email Petitions] Switch entry boxes and petition

Is it possible to switch the entry boxes and the petition. So that the entry boxes are below the petition instead of above them.
Ideally i would like them to be right above the ‘sign the petition button’

What code would i have to move for that?
