[Plugin: Speedy Page Redirect] Does not seem to work with Multisite

I installed the plugin in the Network admin, went to the main site and Activated it, but there is no menu item anywhere to change the URLs. There’s also a problem with the admin menus after installation, it disables the flyout menus so you can’t get to anything in the sidebar menus without clicking on them first.
