    Hi,

We have a problem with one plugin that is not showing up in the sidebar on the admin panel.
I can see the item as the admin. But for a user with less access it doesn’t show the event calender plugin. (This usergroup should only have access to posts, media a file plugin and the calender)

I have tried to give access to parts of the plugin sub menu’s and full access to the the plugin, but it doesn’t show in the sidebar. The other plugin is showing the parts I gave access to.

    Kind regards,

    Martijn

  • Hallo,

Some) Plugins) are for the role “Editor” is not visible.

With the role “administrator”, I can see / edit the plugin.

    Here the scenario:

    The plugin A

    — under the “WP Nav Menu” option, can it only be disabled!

But I need the plugin A for the role of “editor”.

    Is this possible?
    How does this work?

Thank you Frank, for the quick help!

    Hallo,

    Gruss, Mike

    Hello,

… So – in my case, I have found the solution!

In connection with the plugin “Members”.
With Members can activate the User Rules and Adminimize you switch from the you do not need.

    Greeting, Mike

In short: the plugin can’t change the rights, the capabilities of a role. Adminimize hide only areas, items.

Each plugin create or use a capability and add this to a role. This is the object that the role allow to see this item. Adminimize can only hide this, not change the object in the role.

But you can change roles and his capabilities with the plugin Members and after this can you hide the topics with Adminimize.
