    I guess You found out that this works automatically. As soon as the user presses the send-button a copy with the complete result gets submitted to him and to the admin.

    Hey, sorry I haven’t been on here much. Yes, the results are automatically sent to the admin account, along with the email address inputted into that field.

    I just went to activate plug in and received this fatal error. Any suggestions?

    Michelle, I found a solution to your problem. Version 0.9.8 (and later versions) should be compatible with your theme. Let me know if you have any issues!
