    You have some javascript errors in your site. Try to deactivate Simple Colorbox Plugin and try again.

    Yes, it worked!

    So, it was not a problem with the Spoiler-block update but with an update of “Simple Colorbox”, is it? Should I contact the author of this plug-in in order to be able to use it?

    Yes, exactly, the problem is with Simple Colorbox.
