[Plugin: StackOverflow Answers Widget] I have some updates

I took your code and updated it.

With my modifications,

– the widget uses the 2.0 (Current) api from StackExchange.
– the cache life is configurable in the settings
– the display is cleaner
– it uses proper registration of the stylesheet
– I removed some dead code previously used for sorting

There are still more changes that ought to be made, but these are worthwhile.
