[Plugin: Starred Review] Not enough rights

I activated the plugin and want to go to the option page. But I got the message: Du hast nicht ausreichend Rechte, um auf diese Seite zuzugreifen. (You have not enough rights to access to this site).
And I’m very sure, that I’m the admin ??
