Hi guys, I made a simple contact form here:?https://www.weddingphotographer-costablanca.com/contact/?after filling in details, it sends and I get the message: “Submission Success, Thanks for getting in touch!”

I am using a plugin called WP Mail SMTP and when I send a test email, it confirms it is setup correct:,,Success!
Test HTML email was sent successfully! Please check your inbox to make sure it was delivered.” but test email does not land in inbox.

After configuration of the plugin I received the welcome email in my inbox ¨Welcome to WP Mail SMTP¨

I checked my domain with?https://mxtoolbox.com?DMARC setup correct also

But for some reason the emails sent from contact form and the test emails do not land in my inbox or junk/spam,..they are floating around somewhere.

I have also installed a plugging called WP mail loggin. No errors there. Debug turned on, no errors.

Normal emails do land in the inbox but anything sent from WordPress do not land in inbox.

I have no clue as to how I must trouble shoot this and I am hoping there is somebody here that might be willing to spend some time out of their day to point me in a helpful direction.

    Thanks in advance,..to everyone.

    Hi @ajphoto,

Thanks for reaching out! Please kindly know that the WP Mail SMTP plugin simply bridges a connection between your WordPress site and your preferred email account or mailing service. This ensures that you’re sending emails using an authenticated email account (or domain name), which will improve your email deliverability.

When you get a chance, please send a test email (WP Mail SMTP -> Tools) to this online tool to check your email deliverability score. Then, you can share that report with your email provider and they should be able to assist you accordingly.

In the meantime, you may also configure an alternative mailer on your site.

    I hope this helps. Thanks!
