Plugin Status ERROR : Loaded Profile ID

  • I’m having the exact same issue. Is it because my Facebook App is not in Active status? Currently it shows “In Development” status. When I try to set it to Active I get a message about needing to provide a valid Privacy Policy URL. Anyone know where I can find a generic privacy policy to upload to my site?

    Hey @chileric and @frappi –

    I’ve seen this when the App is not Live, Active, or is in Sandbox or otherwise needs permission or activation. The phrasing can change from time to time on Facebook’s end of things.

    That is the area I would be focusing!
