Plugin – Stealth Login – Locked out of my blog

I accessed my blog https://www.gobackpacking.com/Blog yesterday just fine, and today I sat down at a computer, using the same Firefox browser from my USB stick as before, and I can’t access my admin panel or WordPress login page.
I had set the login page through the plugin to be https://www.gobackpacking.com/Blog but I was just redirected to my blog’s index page today. I tried in IE too. I tried clearing my cache. And as a final attempt to resolve it, I deleted the Stealth Login plugin, but I still cannot access my https://www.gobackpacking.com/Blog/wp-admin page.
The plugin continues to work fine on my other blog on which it is installed – https://medellinliving.com
Please help!!!
