Plugin Stolen?

I’m the author of a WordPress plugin called Sharebar: https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/sharebar/

Someone else has reposted the plugin here (https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/cevhershare/) and the only things they’ve changed are the name/credit and donation link, which they’ve changed to their own.

While the plugin is released under GPL, MIT and BSD license, it seems a bit counterintuitive to have people downloading the exact same thing from two different sources. Also, I don’t think any of those licenses allows someone to copy the code exactly and just swap my name with theirs.

Any suggestions and feedback are appreciated!
