[Plugin: Stop ACTA Ribbon] I suggest adding "border: 0" to the img's style

Hi.
First off, thank you for this plugin.

As I have encountered this “issue” on one of the blogs I manage, I’d suggest including “border: 0” to the img style definition, to force disable the ribbon image border on themes that might in any way set borders on images.
