[Plugin: Stop Spammer Registrations Plugin] Blocks Login from Droid using WP app.

The referer check is an option. Either you uncheck the HTTP_REFERER option or you white list the IP addesses that you phone is using.

The app is not sending an HTTP_REFERER because it is sending the form directly without accessing the form. This is bad because there are so many programs to add “NONCE” fields and CAPTCHA to the login. My code adds a nonce field to the login form, so it will be interesting to see if the disabling the http_referer option will allow you to login.

You might also notify the plugin author. The plugin should look like someone entering information from a browser.
