Plugin stop working

  • Hi,

    Plugin stop working.

    2FA codes are not accepted, including backup codes:

    Emails do not come.

    I tried to reinstall plugin. But that didn’t help. Well, I deleted plugin via hosting panel, because I couldn’t access website.

    I am sorry to read about your issue. By any chance do you have Sucuri, iThemes or any other security plugin installed that changes the WordPress salts? We’ve had similar issues in the past because our plugin was using the WordPress salts and other plugins were changing them.

    However, this was fixed in update 2.4.0. So if you update to the latest version of the plugin and reconfigure 2FA you should not encounter this problem again.
