plugin stopped counting
-
hello, I’m using this plugin for about 2-3 years. a few days ago I noticed that it stopped counting… didn’t do any changes, updates or upgrades. What might be the reason?

Any infos from the Debug mode?
this is from the debug mode:

you don’t want to count logged in users, but the debug log is while you are logged in. so you will not be counted.
log out and see the new debug log on a page you don’t visit today.thanks, this is what I get when logging out and viewing a page I didn’t visit yet:

Don’t know why. This column is the id and should be set as “auto increment”. So every entry gets a new number.
Check it in phpMyAdmin.
Also you can set the auto_increment value in phpMyAdmin to a number bigger the the largest id.thanks for your help!
I couldn’t find the table in phpmyadmin to change. However, after updating the plugin it works again.
thanks again!
