Plugin stopped sending emails

  • Hi, I′ve been using the plugin for a couple of months and the emails for groups were sending fine. But the last 2 emails I sent are not deliverying, but it shows the message that it was delivered. Do you know what might be happening? I have more than 700 users, do you think that could be the problem?

    If there are a whole host of reasons why email would not send. If it worked previously but not recently, check to see if something changed. Any new plugins installed? Some hosting providers limit the number of email addresses which can appear in the BCC header. That is fairly common have is what the BCC header limit setting is for.

    We are having the same problem for about 1 month as well. Sending to groups does not work. We’ve done some traces and the email addresses are being collected from the group but they are not being sent.

    Try going to settings/Email Users and set the BCC Limit to 1 (use To: field).

    This will send a separate email to everyone in the group.

    I think there’s something wrong with the BCC code when sending to groups.
