Plugin stopped working

Hi,
the plugin stopped working. There are two issues:
1. if your Braintree plugin is activated when on the cart-page the “Cart Total” and “Proceed to Checkout” option are not enabled by default, see image:

2. On the checkout page the payment options are also greyed out similar like in the above image and one can not finish the checkout.
Note that I’ve tested this also when all plugins deactivated and when the theme is switched to the default theme. The problem still persists. However if I disable all the braintree options (we use credit cards and paypal) the checkout works.
