plugin stopped working

  • The plugin worked fine when first setting it up.

    We set up one button and it works fine.

    Now, when trying to create further buttons it fails and doesn’t show the:
    PayPal Email Address or Merchant Account ID :

    We can create a button but the button doesn’t work because it doesn’t show this:
    PayPal Email Address or Merchant Account ID :

    Please advise

    Do you have logging enabled inside the plugin settings? Can you provide a copy of the log file please?

    Hello and thanks for the reply. We just enabled the logs. Do we need to know try and create and button and then provide the log file?

    Yes, please give it another try with logging enabled and then provide the log file for review if the same thing happens again.

    Thanks. Here’s the log file and screen shot of “editing” As you can see you can’t edit buttons. The first one works fine.

    You can attach them at wetransfer and share the link.
    Or if you like then you can submit a ticket here and provide those details, we will look into that and reply you accordingly.
