Plugin stopped working

    Hi, I was successfully using your plugin for a long time and loved it. However for the last couple of months it doesn’t work for me anymore. When I do search for a phrase in product description I get mine list to work with. But when I click on “Product description” header and then “Edit all checked products” all I get is a window saying: “The Bulk Editor will make changes to all checked items in the grid.” Then it staying processing no matter how long I wait. It never comes to the option to search and replace the phrase I need to change. I can change it for each product one by one, but not in a balk anymore.

    Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble. We have had one other user report the same issue but haven’t found the root cause yet.

    Can you send me a list of active plugins for your site? Log into your WordPress admin area and click on WooCommerce -> Status -> Get System Report. Copy and paste the “Active Plugins” section.

    Also, can you let me know the operating system and web browser that you are using?

    We are not seeing any plugins that might be causing the issue.

    Can you perform the following steps and let us know if there are any errors returned:

    1. Log into your WordPress admin area.
    2. Click on Pimwick Plugins -> PW Bulk Edit
    3. Filter some products.
    4. Click on the “Product Description” column header.
    5. Click on “Edit All Checked Products”
    6. Open the Developer Console in your web browser (typically F12 will open it).

    On the Console, look for any errors and include them here.
