Thanks for letting me know you are having issues.

    Can I check

What do you mean ‘not working’ can you expand?

Can you also let me know what PHP you are on?

If you like it would help if you go to tools>health check, select the info tab and copy and paste here.

( Whilst nothing is revealed by health check info that is security related, some people like to not give too much info, so check what you are comfortable as the moderators here will not remove non security info after the fact )

Just FYI I have installed in a vanilla WP 5.9 install and have not found any issues.

So further details of your issue is require tobe able to help.

There is a probability of a theme / plugin conflict.

The easiest way of g checking is by using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/

Which enables you to disable all plugins and set to default theme without impacting your website visitors at all.

Then by turning on one at a time you can identify any conflicts.

Let me know how you get on

Thanks for the quick reply Alan. I use the Kadence theme, and they are a very active group, so I am hoping that is not the issue. I have disabled all plugins and it still did not show up. I have played around using the different shortcode options to make sure the Dev haven’t updated the shortcodes. The only thing I haven’t tried is to create a new page.

We’re actually not psychic. It was the automated spam filter that did that.

@jdembowski I know you are actually psychic

@paramedic192 out of interest to other readers can you elaborate on the resolution

    Thank Alan

It wasn’t a perfect resolution right now, but it was enough to get them showing again. I change the page template type from elementor to the default block editor and added the short code. So the problem is somewhere in Elementor . Thanks for all your help.
@jdembowski I think I just worded that wrong. I knew it was the system moderating not the folks themselves ??

Ah OK – I’ll have a test with Elementor see if I can find an issue.

Elementor is normally well behaved with shortcodes -but you never know – Elementor is complex.

I did try with Elementor -of course I can’t replicate what you hav eon page- but in a simple installation its seemed fine.
