Sorry but that doesn’t give us enough information to examine your issue.

Since I don’t see a means of attaching a screenshot, I’ll describe it as best I can.

I’m using WP 4.0 and YouTube Advanced 5.1. When I embed a video in a post and then view or preview the post, I can see the post title but there’s just a big empty space where the video is supposed to be.

I’ve had the problem in Chrome on two separate computers, and clearing my cache had no effect. The video player displays perfectly in Internet Explorer. In Firefox, I get a box with the message “This plug in vulnerable and should be updated,” a link to Activate Adobe Flash, and a button to “Check for updates.”

What other information do you need?

We don’t currently have any other sites that are having this kind of problem.

It really sounds like some of your browsers are telling you to update your Flash plugin. In fact, check your browsers and machines to see whether they have the latest Flash plugin.

OK, I went to Adobe and downloaded the latest Flash player. Then I cleared my cache (in Chrome) and rebooted. It still works in IE, it now works in Firefox, but it still does not work in Chrome. I checked, and I do have the latest release of Chrome.

    Any other ideas?

I downloaded the latest version of Adobe Flash Player and that fixed the problem on Firefox but not Chrome.

I posted the issue in the Google Chrome help forum, and they suggested I create a new user profile as the old one could have been corrupted. That did the trick.
