Hi, the plug in used to work perfect, but some time ago it stopped working.

It used to be that I could just click ‘add media’, and the mp3 file would be inserted, the button would sit there nicely too. But some time ago, I don’t remember when but perhaps more than a year ago, it stopped responding to ‘add media’, but nevertheless I continued using by copying and pasting the code from previous blog posts.

I was just looking at the settings page, and I see that I’m supposed to see a red round play button on my post editor, but I don’t see that.

I also read the FAQ page that says “You have to check the “Activate the player customizer in the post editor” to make it available in the post editor.” I’m sorry I don’t know what this means. Where do I do this?

    Please help, thank you!

Another weird things is, I’ve noticed that now when I edit, as soon as I switch to visual editing, the codes for all the audio files are gone.

    Hi,
The image of the editor button in the settings page is wrong (sorry ?? ); the button is yellow with a small note inside.

When you insert the media file you must select “link to Media File” in the Attachment Display Settings section; otherwise the WordPress default player will be inserted in the post.

I don’t know why switching to visual editing your files are gone…

    Bye,
    Matteo
