    WordPress version 4.2.2
    WC version 2.3.1.1
    Offers version 1.1.3

It’s a new site, not live yet. It’s temporarily out of maintenance mode for testing, and this was one of the issues we’ve found. https://www.RealWorldHorsePower.com

This used to work fine, it just recently stopped. I’ve changed themes, I’ve also disabled every plugin to check for conflicts, it’s still not working correctly.

When an offer was made, both parties would get an email, now, no emails are going out. It’s not going to spam folders either. Yes the other Woocommerce emails are going out correctly. Yes, in the Woocommerce email settings, they’re all correctly enabled.

When you make an offer on the site, scroll down and hit submit, it just says please wait, and never progresses. The offer appears in the wordpress console, but the amount always says $0.00 regardless of the offer.

Could you submit a ticket here and provide temporary login credentials for your WP admin so we can get a closer look?

This is very tough to troubleshoot when we can’t reproduce it.

Is the PHP version the same on both servers you’ve tested with? That has to be something unique about the server it’s not working on.

Maybe the database needs a “repair” run on it through phpMyAdmin or some other tool..??

Hmm. now that you mention it. The site it’s not working on is running PHP 5.5

The other test site I setup where it’s working is running 5.4.16

But I’ve been running 5.5 when I first installed and tested this anyways, and it was working.

I’ve also temporarily removed the SSL and forced the site back to http. As you’d guess, it didnt fix anything. Just trying to rule some things out.

I’m setting up a login account for you, what email address would you like me to use ?

5.4 and 5.5 should both be fine as far as the PHP version goes.

When did it work and then stop working? Do you remember what changes were made when it quit?

If you go ahead and create that support ticket I’ll respond there with an email you can use to setup the account.

I’m going to need to go bed before long here so it may be tomorrow before I can dig in deeper on this.

We were able to resolve this and the issue will be fixed in the next update of the plugin.
