plugin stopped working after update

The first best step here is to try to rule out the possibility that there’s something else preventing Sequential Order Numbers from working properly. You’ll want to isolate and eliminate any potential conflicts.

?Would you please try switching your theme to a default one, such as Twenty Seventeen? If the problem is then resolved, it looks like this is a theme conflict.

If it does persist, would you please then try disabling all of your plugins except for WooCommerce and Sequential Order Numbers and see if the problem persists? If not, you can try re-enabling your plugins, one by one, to find out which one is causing the issue.

If you can’t perform tests on your live site, I completely understand. If that’s the case, you could use something like the free WP Staging plugin to set up a staging environment instead.
