Plugin stopped working after update

Hello,

I was using this plugin on Multiple sites, but it stopped working on techgyo.com after I updated it to the latest version. It still works on the sites I have not updated.

I tried resetting and again adding connection. But it gets stuck when I click on “Add account” button for twitter or for facebook.
