Plugin stopped working after update to 3.4.10

Hello,
same problem !!!
nothing works after the update !
When you click on sent button form, the page go up and nothing happen.
No mail sent et no new subscriber in list…
Furthermore Subcribers – Groupe Selector still has no AJAX .
I have delete the plugin and reinstalled but noting change.
Very bad update !

Same here. I tried to deactivate then activate, nothing. I tried doing a manual reinstall but still nothing.

What’s even more annoying is that I sent them an email telling them about the update problem and they told me it may be a problem with errors on my page. It was a dismissive email and total bs.

Hopefully they fix this problem soon as I’m losing potential subscribers because of it.

Well what I get using the Subscribe form is : invalid email address
I am using mine so I know that is not the case.
I will connect with editor to check to see if any subscribers are now getting posts.
Very Frustrating.

Update, this is working from the widget in Chrome.. not in Firefox

Emails are being sent out

FYI, WP core autoupdated to 4.9.5 and the Email Subscribers plugin is now working again. Looks like it may have been a conflict between WP 4.9.4 and ver 3.4.10.

Not in my case:
I still cannot sign up for email from the widget in FireFox (latest version).
(invalid email address)
Although I can sign up in Chrome
both of these are on the desktop

Site is updated to 4.9.5
and Plugin is current

This plugin is a big joke… If you want that it works without problem, reverse to 3.3.5 version and NEVER update it! I tried all the versions above on various WP configurations and there is always something that bugs ??

It is working on our end in Firefox also. Can you please update your Firefox (if not updated) and then check if it works. If it still doesn’t, please create a new support ticket so we can look into this: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/email-subscribers/

I can assure you that all versions above 3.3.5 works including the latest version 3.4.11. Can you please let me know what all issues you are facing so that we can help you resolve it and then you can upgrade to the latest version.
