    Anyone else experiencing this problem? Users are writing reviews but follow up email doesn’t send out code or thank you. Possible server issue?

    Ivole? Any thoughts?

    I’m wondering what to do when this happens? Manually add coupons for users or maybe there’s a way to manually create codes in CR?

    1. Don’t worry about it. It’s really hard to explain. I found a workaround.
    2. Well, yes and no. It’s most likely customers are choosing to only write about one thing. So let’s shelve this for now.
    3. I fixed that myself. It was a server issue. We had a staging site and that took over from live site. Not good. You may want to create a dev button so it doesn’t send out messages because I know a lot of us have dev and staging sites.
