    Hello,

The plugin used to work and stopped working suddenly, and does not replace the image.

Per your recommendations on earlier threads, I cleared the cache and even changed the image title. I messed around with both options (replace image vs. replace image and re-write title/links etc.) and nothing is working.

The only thing I can think of, is that we recently updated to PHP 7.0.33 – but I don’t know if that would cause the issue.

Let me know your thoughts and I appreciate your help.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    I followed your instructions
-turned off my CDN while editing
-purged caches from all plugins (Auto-Optimize and W3 Total Cache)

    It didn’t work.

I then downgraded the plugin to version 3.2.5 and it did’t work. I then put the plugin back to the most recent version.

Finally went into my chrome browser > clear browser data > clear cached images and files. This finally did the trick.

I appreciate your help in trouble shooting this problem.

Thanks and please close the ticket.
